There is unsubscribe link in bulk email templates.
Whenever someone unsubscribes I am getting an mail .
I want to remove the contact who unsubscribed from the marketing list when someone unsubscribes . Is there any way so ?

Do you want the receiver to be able to update his/her contact preferences, or do you want to remove the contact only from the marketing list used to send the bulk email?
Maybe you should consider implementing a subscription center.
