NAV 2013 R2: Problem connecting to multiple companies with Scribe Insights

Trying to connect Scribe Insight to multiple companies in NAV 13 R2, but get 'Invalid Company Name' error from Scribe.

We have 5 companies in NAV and I need to be able to migrate invoice details via Scribe Insight to the respective companies. Originally we had only 1 company and I can connect to that without issue, however we then had 4 more created and these are the ones I cannot connect to.

Looking for some guidance as to how these should have been set up to allow Scribe connections. Is it maybe to do with it not being a multitenant server? ...added some screenshots below:

do you have problems with all of them or only with that containing blanks?

blanks and special chars can be a problem when connecting.

start with a new demo database, add 2 new companies without using blanks and special chars and make tests with that database.

Check company name as it can be case sensitive for your connection.

Thanks for the reply Jonathan. I have come across problems with spaces and special chars before, but it does not seem to be the case here. I can connect to the main companies (the names of which contain spaces) without problem.

I will try the new demo db route and experiment.

Thanks Alexander, I have checked and am using the correct case/spelling etc.
