Excel SSRS Report - two columns get merged in single column

After exporting the report in the excel sheet, I notice that two columns get merged in single column. I set the field width to 1inch. in the SSRS report design. What else can I do so that one column is for a single column.

Could you also check the titles and the size of the table?
