Hi Experts,
Is possible if we want to develop 2 buttons for approve and reject on notification form. As Po created notification came and from that notification form we approve or reject the PO. We add workflow on Purchase order recently .As well as the total Amount and Total quantity should be shown there on notification form.

Is there any reason, you dont want to use standard approval action process:
When WF is active on PO, user can click on notification and take an action from PO WF bar: Approve or Reject.

This is our CEO demand to develop workflow approve and reject button as well as show total quantity and amount on notification form.
I will not suggest to customize this functionality, because there could be mutiple lines on PO and each line can have different Qty. and amount. The simple solution is select the notification and click on Go to origin button to open the document on which CEO needs to take an action.
