Auto-add an Item to SalesOrderLine when an specific Item is added to a SalesOrdreLine

BC 365 version: 20.8.49971.0

Is it possible in Standard BC 365 to have an Item auto-add another item to the SalesOrdreLine.

Fx. when I add item A it automaticly add's item B to the SalesOrdreLine below?

No-ish. The technical answer is no. However, you could use an Assembly-to-Stock Item and explode the Assembly BOM on the lines. Otherwise, you can create an Extension to handle this requirement.

Yes, it is possible... you can do this using customization. If you're interested, I can provide you with a simple piece of code to do it.. however, I don't think that this functionality is available out of the box in Business Central..

One option can be to use recurring sales lines.

That can be handy if you have a set of sales lines that you often want to repeat on a sales document.
