Hello,

I'm an application developer from Singapore and I'm now working on some integration program that needs me to retrieve the option field labels from Navision. There's a field in main table but there are only integer values in it. I don't want to hard code the option labels.Can anyone help me with this?

     Yes, it does help.

     So the option Labels are not stored in tables and there's no other way but to hard code it. If there's any way to retrieve it, please let me know too, thanks.

    Hi Nay Min,

    The only way I know is through C/AL code so it looks like you will need to hard code this.  This is not so bad as the option string cannot be changed by an end-user and is normally done by developers.

    An option field is fixed. Regardless of what's it's called, you would need to hardcode what the options values are in whatever language you use.
