Creation Date is showing wrong on SQL side D365 F&O

Hello Experts,

Whenever i am saving any record through AX , on SQL side it shows wrong time. for example if i save a records at 2020-12-20 12:45:26.290 in SQL side it shows creation date as 2020-12-20 08:45:26.290 which is GETUTCDATE() of SQL server. creation date should be same as  system date GETDATE(). on D365 UI side it shows correct date but when records save at backend it take GetCurrentOffSet -4. Please advise to correct this created date and time where i need to make change.

Thanks

    Hi Sachin,

The date is always saved as UTC date in SQL server. While being displayed on UI, it takes into considering the preferred time zone as per user settings. Why do you need to make a change to how the date time values are being stored in SQL?

    Hello Mr. Gunjan,

Thank you so much for looking into this issue ,  Actually i have a workflow linked to this table which works on behalf of created datetime. i believe if its not possible i have to make some changes in  my query which is fetching result from this table.
