how to add messaging chat program in CRM portal Adxstudio?

I need to add a messaging /chat program in CRM portal/adxstudio using crm 2016.

Any suggestions? I am thinking of using twilio but I am not sure if i can make it to work with portal.

    Hi Cams,

    If you are looking a chat program then you can go for the inbuilt app from Live Assist. Take a look here-

    If you are looking for SMS then you can try PowerSMS which can be used with Twilo-

    www.powerobjects.com/.../powersms

    What if we want to develop our own chat feature for Dynamics 365 Portals? How easy is it and    what would be the best approach to achieve it?
