I have a very basic question.

Is there any way we can change the user ID from users form? or any other forms?

You need to delete it and recreate user.

mmm, I see some risk on this, because the USER ID has history in D365.

Hi Ramit,

Renaming the record, like Ludwig mentioned is an option. I mentioned the same in your other question: Import Users option with defined user id - Dynamics 365 Finance Forum Community Forum
