Using Outlook app to set emails regarding a user

We have a custom entity and this is for internal queries.
We would like to send an email and set as regarding this.  The issue is that users are not included in the Outlook app.

To get them added, we need to check this box:

Because this cannot be undone, does anyone have any experience with checking this box to add activities to users.

Thanks in advance

    Hi Scott,

unfortunately, you can’t check entities for ‘use’ entity, which is by-design.

Through my test, it will uncheck automatically after you check activities in user and save it.

In fact, when I check it in classic settings, I find that ‘activities’ is grey and can’t check it.

So you can’t set email regarding as user.

But for any other entities you want to set as regarding in outlook app, you can check ‘enable for activities’ firstlt, then add the entity to the outlook app.

    1.Enable activities.

2.Ensure entity you need has added to app.

    (1) Go Settings > App to click … of the outlook app and click ‘open app in designer’.

    (2) add entity in app designer page.

    Save and publish it.

    3.Test.
