There are many classes involved and all of them start with DMF prefix. You can use the application explorer window to search by DMF and type = 'class'.

Too many classes are called. I think you better give a specific situation.
For example:
If you have already read this:axatoz.wordpress.com/.../
Then postTargetProcess() mentioned in the blog, This method is automatically called by the DMFEntityWriter class in the end of processRecords() method when all records are transferred from staging to target.
