worker bank accounts security issue

I try to use security role payroll administrator to give a user an access on the screen worker bank data .

The screen appear, but when the user tries to create new record and press save he faces the error ( worker fields must be filled) . when I give him system admin the error is not faced. also he tries to fill new records using open in excel and it also works .

I try to use (Security diagnostics for task recordings) no entry point missing

Any one face such issue before ?

I see. For D365FO there is a special forum available here: community.dynamics.com/.../765

Better use this in the future if you don't use AX2012 or older AX versions.

I did not try it since the issue is faced on AX 365 environment

Have you used the security development tool that is available for AX2012?
