I am working on customer service module of CRM and one of my requirements is to enable the geo-fencing for the service agents who are working in the field to track their locations. I have looked everywhere for the solution but couldn't find anything.Please help me to enable the CSA's geo location.

Hi,I am afraid that there are not OOTB solutions to enable geo-fencing in customer service.
The geofencing is the unique function of the Field Service. The following document shows the necessary processes about geofencing but the customer service dont't have these processes.
