I am using a likert scale with 10 points plus 11 for don't know. I want to show each end of the scale in words in the question.

Not satisfied at all 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Completely satisfied Don't know

There is not enough space to show some of the words without them being split between lines. I have tried shortening the words but this still doesn't work for all questions (wording for 1 and 10 vary depending on question). I also looked at making the font smaller but looks like this can't be done for a likert scale question.Likert-Scale.pptx
