**After weekend update*** - I have no idea what changed over the weekend, but the mailbox test now successfully runs. Issue resolved.

So I've never had an issue with enabling mailboxes before, but now I'm suddenly running into an issue with a specific user.
Here are the settings used, same as for everyone else:

I don't understand too well what the message means, but I notice says it the User doesn't exist in the tenant. I can see them right in Azure AD, and I can even see that their CRM user account is paired up correctly with the account in Azure AD.
The only thing I don't understand too well is that SMTP:4de489433f9b... . I feel like the users?$filter is failing to find the user because this SMTP address is wrong. How do I find where that address originates at? How do I edit the user in CRM to change it to the correct one?
Does anyone know about this error and how to resolve it?
