How can I get access to use the Business Analyzer from my home screen?

    GP 2013 we switched over the BA from Metrics so we don't have to rely on Office Web Components anymore.

    Hi Tom,

    its is GP 2013 version? metrics is same as Business Analyzer?

    in GP2010 this option is not available. please find the attached screen shot.

    The roles and evrything will be selected while configuring the business analyzer.

    After  the business analyzer is installed and configure go to your GP home page ...select customize this page

    check business analyzer ..click arrow next to that which will lead to the Business Analyzer details window

    from where you can select the reports that you want to be shown in the home page

    Hi Wensoft,

    i guess in GP home page metrics, the default reports appeared, when the reports get deployed through reporting tools setup screen to report server.

    Business Analyzer is the separate tool need to be installed and configured seperately.

    Frank, in which version there is an option for checking Business analyser in home page setup?

    there is no option of checking Business analyser  at GP2010 in home page setup.

    If not installed, Business Analyzer needs to be installed.  Then, select Business Analyzer checkbox in your Home Page setup.  As Susan said, Business Analyzer is a separate install.  It doesn't get installed by default with GP.

    Are you asking to get access to the metrics page on your home screen or are you asking how to you get to the product Business Analyzer which is a separate install?
