Bulk Delete inactive Items

Hi,

How do we bulk delete items that have been BLOCKED and do not have any ledger entries or exist on any order? We recently imported a company into NAV 2016 and have quite a few items we no longer need and don't have any transactions. It will take too long deleting one by one.

If you want to run via Development Environment, you can apply the filters as in the following picture:

With a codeunit and few lines of code it will be much speedy :)

There is a boolean field called "Blocked" which you could utilize.

In regards to existing Item Ledger Entries - there is no distinct option.

Is there a filter we can apply to exclude items that are blocked and have ledger entries to prevent an error showing?

Hi,

You could open the Item-table through the Development-Environment.

Then you are able to delete all selected records at once.
