Could someone help how to appear the user's online status like Available, Busy, Do not disturb.... on Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises)?
I am sure that it is available at Online version.
I am not sure it on On-Premises.
Please help me the way to check the user status if it is available.

What app are you using?
“user's online status like Available, Busy, Do not disturb” you mentioned above is presence status in Omnichannel for Customer Service.
If so, document said that Omnichannel for Customer Service is not supported with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises).
