We have recently rolled out field service to our company.
I am new to field service and struggling to understand why work orders are not visible to agents after same day in mobile app.

Hi,
Try to edit the custom Bookable Resource Booking filter for the mobile offline profile by following the guide.
docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-power-app-system-offline
If you have more than one profile you need to check the offline profile used via the App Designer properties.
You may find that the filter is for today, for next 7 days so any booking before today won't be displayed in the APP which only works in offline mode.
