I had configured Forms Pro on my environment survey invites are getting sent but can't see the survey invite contact timeline
MMK - please make sure that your survey is set to be non-anonymous and you look up the contact in the same CDS environment when sending the survey through email or power automate. If you still do not see the send survey activity on the timeline, please email me (welly.lee@microsoft.com) with your survey URL and our team can investigate

Survey invite and responses are linked as activities for the entity (not related entity)

i did choose the correct environment as i can see the invites in Advanced find
Can you tell me from where to set the Survey to non-anonymous
@Roma Gupta it is not shown in related entities untill Regarding filed is but Survey invite itself comes in timeline without setting regarding field
Hi MMK -- Survey sent through Customer Voice email (by looking up the D365 contact directly from Customer Voice) or power automate (by send the survey invite to the dynamics contact record, will be automatically linked as activity to the contact (you do not need to explicitly define set regarding). Please refer to an example on how survey invite sent to the Dynamics contact in power automate from https://aka.ms/CustomerVoiceforBanks
To check if your survey accept non-anonymous response, please use the following steps:
1. From "Send" tab, open customize tab
2. Open "Distribution" setting
3. Open "Respondents' section

I've had something similar but with Survey Responses.
Is Customer Voice supposed to continue writing back to the CDS (DataFlex?) environment that the survey was sent with? I am trying to have some activities generated from low NPS scores but this will all fall down if the responses don't make it back to the environment...

Actually, never mind! It just took about 40 minutes for the responses to come into the system.
Depending on your CDS load the reponse lead time may vary
I'm having the same issue. I created a Contact view in D365 and then used the Email Send option to send the survey to the Contacts in that view...worked like a charm. However, the survey results are not showing in the respective Contacts' Timelines in D365. It's been well over 24 hours since the survey was completed by those contacts. Any ideas?
Have you verified that the Timeline settings are allowing these types of activities to be displayed? You'll have to use the Classic editor to go to the form editor and select the timeline control but you will need to make sure that the activity type is checked to be displayed.
