Error Code 500 Kingsway error SSIS Integration

We are importing around 5k contact and account records in CE and about 5-10 records are being rejected with an error code 500.
 
Has anyone experienced this ? We have tried different Kingsway configurations (reduced # of threads and increased batch sizes) but in vein.
 
Any help or advice in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
