Multiple product cost prices?

Currently i see no way of handling multiple cost prices. There is several price books for handling the sales price.

As today we have multiple subsidiaries (5+) that we want to integrate into field service as a global solution. Each subsidiary have there own products, however many products can be "shared" / have the same product number between the company's. Ex xdgr-34 is created both in subsidiary A , subsidiary B and subsidiary C.

The problem is that the cost price for each subsidiary is different, so in subsidiary A it is 10$, in subsidiary B it is 15$ and subsidiary C it is 25$. On my product xdgr-34 there is only a standard/current cost field.

I don't see any out of the box solutions? However how would you solve the issue? i guess we are not the only one facing the issue...

I have the same question (0)

    Hi rskadk1,

Thank you for using the Comunity Forums

You migth be able to createve several subsidiary products with different price lists. The price lists allow you to 'create multiple price lists so that you can maintain separate price structures for different regions you sell your products in or for different sales channels'

Dynamics 365 Field Service uses and extends Dynamics 365 price lists and product catalog. This means products and services are added to work orders with appropriate pricing.

For work order products that represent parts used during on-site service, use price lists and price list items, just like you would for Dynamics 365 Sales.

For work order services that represent labor performed during on-site service, you can use price lists with price list items to define an hourly rate. You can also use price lists with Field Service Price List Items for additional pricing options.

Thanks for your answers. However you only comment on price lists / sales prices. My question was aimed at cost prices. As far as i can see there is no way to to control multiple cost prices as standard. So I'm looking for ideas on how to use the business logic as described in my initial post. Thanks.
