I've been searching this forum and doing significant Googling but I can't seem to find out an update of how to retrieve the Customer Service Calendar that is linked to a case's SLA. There were some answers floating around and the most common one is by getting the businesshoursid from the sla entity. However, it seems I cannot find this attribute and the VS debugger throws a Null Reference Exception.
Can anybody help to point out what I'm doing wrong? Other suggestions and alternative approaches are also welcome and much appreciated.
