    Hi Timussch

As I wrote in this commuity post, when PSA solution is installed, it breaks integration between BC and D365 Sales.

From error description you posted here, I assume you have PSA installed.

We are currently aware of this problem and it is on our backlog.

:-) will do my best. Conversations like this definitely help justifying priority moving up.

    Thanks

The "funny" thing is: the product can be found in MSD. It is in "concept" state...  It is bound to the correct units. Can't be hard to close the gap. Gimme the source and I'll fix it for ya ;-)

    Thanks for offering to help.

Yep your right quick fix could do this, but making it work for D365 Sales only and then for D365 when it has PSA or other solutions installed and onprem versions of CRM is complete different story :-)

Onprem? What is that? Is it related to punch cards?   Btw: PSA only in online available...  Gonna test some further, keep you posted (on forum & through partner support ;-))

    Hi Ivan

This comes as a huge surprise. Nowhere it was mentioned when we purchased license for BC nor Dynamics 365 that sync won't work if PSA is installed.

Could you please advised. also, is there any workaround we can implement until this gets resolved?

    Regards

    Decio

    Hi Decio

Please see important note on the help topic page:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../marketing-integrate-dynamicscrm

Only removing PSA is workaround for now.

Thx for the update on the doc Ivan. The effort on increasing document quality is (much) appreciated. However, a solution/fix for this would be better.

Working on a solution with my inner circle. Supporting multi-company CE/BC scenario's, supporting ALL MSDCE solutions, and being configurable without coding ;-).

By the way: removing PSA is almost impossible in versions since 8.2.  Kinda messed up on solution dependencies.
