Route Card Journal

Hi all,

I have created a route and attached it to a product and activated the version.  I have created a production order for the item, and when I click route it shows the route that I created.  However, when I start the production order and click on the route card journal, no lines are prepopulated like I would expect (like they are in the picking list journal), can anyone give any ideas as to why this would be happening??

    When you start production order by Start status than on General tab you have flushing principle for Route Card and checkbox for automatic accounting.

    This will be ok when production is planned on operation or job level.

    I would like for a route card to be populated, what parameters should I change to ensure that this happens?

    Production Control --> Setup --> Production Control Parameters --> Automatic update --> Automatic Execution: Change Automatic route Consumption for Always.

    It is Global parameter.

    When you will be start production order then check General fast tab and  look it on Route Consumption --> you should also change for always and automatic posting.
