I set up a shared mailbox and it's not receiving external emails, it can receive internal emails fine, i've double checked the manage delivery restrictions and it's set to this
I created another 2 shared mailboxes as a test and the same thing is happening any ideas?
Even though D365(CRM) can synchronize emails from shared mailboxes I coul not find any relation to Dynamics 365/CRM in your question.
But even if your question would have fitted better in the forums of MS Exchange Online, i would start of by checking how your Exchange Receive connector is setup, is any custom configured?
