One Time Address in Sales Order Level

Hi Guys,

I am new to this Microsoft Dynamics AX. I have a requirement of One time address in sales Order level for one time customer. I want to check the One-time Address field through AIF service but it is not available in service because it is a variable in AX, not a field in the AX database level.

Can anyone give me a solution to check the OneTime Address Field. You can see this checkbox in the following location

Accounts Recievable --> All SalesOrder --> Select one Sales Order --> Goto Header View --> Address --> Click on "+" button there you can see the checkbox.

Hi,

you can know if this one time address from the role linked to the address as follow:

DirPartyLocationRole, LocationRole)).value(SysQuery::value(

LogisticsLocationRole::findBytype(LogisticsLocationRoleType::OneTime).RecId));

Thanks for your reply. I know that relation my question is how can i achieve through aif service to click that checkbox. So that i can save the address only in sales order level.

Are you looking to create a new one off customer each time with default terms and then to populate the address as part of that new customer creation, (in which case in many cases a one off customer offers little advantage over the 'normal 'AR customer - it will still be a unigue record.

Or to use a dummy customer to represent all customers of that type with the same account details for all sales (typically cash with order) , and just a different delivery address each time?

Hi KBanh,

There is no option available in AIF. If you need this functionality then need to customize in AX box level.
