Management Reporter - financial dimensions drill down

Hello.

I am currently pulling together a suite of reports for finance and the wider business. To make these useful I am looking to be able to utilise the drill down function (or another method) to be able to allow the users to click on a number and

1st - allow it to drill down by main account that make it up (financial dimension 1)

2nd - allow it to drill down by department that make up that number (financial dimension 2)

I have tried using the "dimension set" filter on the report tab and this works for one or the other option but I can't achieve this sequential drill down that I would like to achieve.

Similarly I will be looking to achieve this on cost of sales - I would like my C-suite to first be able to see the total, then broken down by main account, then each main account account by customer and then each project

Is this possible?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi BInnes,

Maybe a multi-level reporting tree might help.

    Have you tried that?

If that does not work then PowerBI might be the better tool for this kind of data analysis.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
