I am unable to relate between dbo.coAttachmentItems table and db.RM10201 table

In Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013, I attached an image file in window: Cash Receipts Entry>> Note>> Document Attachment Management >> Attach button
 
I know attachment file's binary data is contained in dbo.coAttachmentItems table
 
But I am unable to relate between dbo.coAttachmentItems table and db.RM10201 table!

Can anybody help me to find How this DocumentAttached is related to the Note window in Sql tables:
1) RM Cash Receipts Work File (RM10201)
2) Record Notes Master (SY03900)
3) Document Attachment Master (CO00101),CO00102, CO00103, CO00104, CO00105
4) coAttachmentItems

I need to relate between dbo.coAttachmentItems table and db.RM10201 table, Can anyone help?

    I don't believe there is a direct relationship between Notes and Attachments.  (You could probably build the relationship through the document.)
