Our company's mid-year reviews are in progress and one of the users' review is stuck on progressing when he submitted it. There is no record visible for this review on Workflow History or Batch Jobs for us to change the status in any way.
Our MS support vendor suggested:
a. We clear usage data for the user and ask to re-login - This did not help. I also scoured the forums to understand a way to move the status from Processing in some manner but came up with nothing.
b. Suggested escalation to MS for an issue one user is facing since this may have happen due to connectivity issues - Not feasible with the amount of time MS takes to resolve such rare issues.
We wanted to try and delete the review so that user can resubmit a new review but when deleting the system displays this error - A Review can't be deleted when it's being processed.
Is there a better way to handle this situation? Thanks.
