in a customers system tasks are getting deleted from the CRM system and at the same time from the Outlook calendar of the users.
I couldn“t find a pattern until now. Some got created a year ago some just a few weeks. It“s also independent from status or due date.
I know this, because I can look them up with the "Recycle Bin" in the XrmToolBox.
They are also not getting deleted by the system but by the owner of the task. But sometimes the deletion time is on a weekend at 3 o'clock in the morning.
So they are not getting deleted manually but in behalf of the user. And at this times the user wasn“t working, so the deletion does not refer to other actions of the user in the system.
I checked the system job. Nothing there.
I checked for plugins with the "Plugin Trace Viewer" in the ToolBox. Nothing there.
I“ve updated the setting "DistinctPhysicalAndLogicalDeletesForExchangeSync" in the environment database to true to exclude a failure in the synchronization. But task are still getting deleted.
Does anyone have an idea or a suggestion?
