what does "This transaction dimension cannot be added" means?

Hi there,

I have setup a list of new AA code and when I try to edit in Analytical Adjustment entry, the message "this transaction dimension cannot be added". I have triple check and the related account no. has been set to require AA code.

Please help.

It seems like the transaction dimension is not assigned to the Accounting Class.

Go to Accounting Class Maintenance(Cards-->Financial-->Analytical Accounting-->Accounting Class) window and assign create/modify existing class to assign the appropriate account number to the transaction dimension.
