Work Order Services Duration and Duration to Bill shown in hours or minutes or days?

Hi experts,

Looking at the editable grid “Work Order Services” Duration To Bill is displayed “3.25 hours” but when you click on it, it shows in minutes, that is "195" as shown in Pic 2

However, if you go to Work Order Service form itself and type a 33,25 hours for example, it will convert to 1,39 days.

So the question: is it possible to display Duration and Duration to Bill fields in hours, not days or minutes?

How do you handle this in your Field Service environments?

Thanks a lot for advice, Armine

    Hi Armine,

    Thank you for your question

It does not seem to be possible for the moment to display both fields at a given prompt time scale in the Field Service Application. The UI converts the time to the hightest base time. I observed your result from one of my tests enviroments
