Dear community, hello. I would like to ask for any experience or insights on integration Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing) with Jaws? I have read the official Microsoft documentation, indicating that there is an integration with "Unified Service Desk".
- Is there a successful experience with this integration?
- Or maybe the chance should be to use Power Apps capabilities?
