Grant and accrual amount

Hi All,

As per the requirement, for an employee monthly 1.5 EL will be credit in employee's account however credited leaves will be visible to employee after 8 months of service.

To achieve that I tried to configure the below:

The accrual amount is getting credited correctly after 8 months of service but for the grant amount is coming 0

Hi Poonam,

The screenshot you provided shows the date of January 1, 2022, I think maybe the grant amount will become 12 on September 1st.

Hi,

I apologize for my late reply, I recommend that you verify that the Seniority date field has a value. If you use the seniority date to determine the months of service, and the Seniority date field on the Worker page is blank, the worker can use hours from the benefit accrual plan, but no hours can accrue to that plan.
