Hi all, does anyone know if Forecasts replace Goals? Are both required or should we just configure Forecasts?

Goals and Forecasts are two different functionalities (although can be interpreted as similar). So the short answer to your question is No, forecasts won't replace goals and you can go ahead an configure them independently.
