The line distribution buffer record does not exist for ICN

My organization are just live on an upgraded version of Navision 2013 R2 we converted form Nav 5.1.  This line distribution buffer error is encountered by Purchase invoice approvers and my team does not understand how to fix it. 

Any thougth's?

    check if there is a table with name "line distribution buffer" or "distribution buffer" in the old nav 5.1 database and if that table is missing in the new nav2013 r2 database. if yes, export it from the old database and import it to new database.

    check also the nav object(s) - pages, report - , which use that table and show that error, if they are merged correctly.

    it seems that this table is a customization provided by a nav partner. if so, best you contact that nav partner, could be serenic software.

    Thanks very much for your quick response, there is a line distribution buffer table in Nav 5.1, I'll make an enquiry with the VAR and see if they can assist.  I'm not sure how to check if the page is merged correctly but will look around and make an enquiry..
