DIXF module not installed in Ax current running system .

Please suggest how to install it working ax environment .

What's the exact application version? Newer versions already contains DIXF out of the box, while some old versions requires installation. If you use such an old version, the best solution would be to upgrade to the latest one. You can find more information in AX documentation: Install the Data Import/Export Framework (DIXF).

Hi Naveen,

Martin is correct. As of Dynamics AX 2012 R2 with CU7 and higher, the Data Import Export Framework was part of the standard solution. For older versions, there is a beta version available on the Downloadable tools section of LCS: lcs.dynamics.com/.../

Anyway, the latest version(s) contains more entities out of the box compared to the older beta versions.

Hi Guys ,

I have checked , I am using ax 2012 R2 and below is version is details.

Kernel version - 6.2.158.0

Application version - 6.2.1000.1437

This is cumulative update 6 and i have googled , DIXF module is not available in this version .

Now which cumulative update i need to install for get DIXF ?

Please suggest .

Oh, that's extremely old! Somebody forgot to install updates for last seven years. The kernel is vanilla R2 from 2012, the application is R2 CU6 from 2013.

You're missing so many features, performance improvements and so on. DIXF is just one of many things. I suggest you upgrade to the latest kernel and the application to R2 CU7 at least, but ideally to the latest version (R3 CU13).

CU13 for AX 2012 R3 is here.

Try a search engine if you want to find CU7 for AX 2012 R2. But think twice if you really want it - it's very old too, therefore you wouldn't improve your client's situation too much.
