Shopify Order Sync - Orders with Gift Card and physical product

Hi, I’m experiencing issues with Shopify orders that contain both eGift cards and physical items.

After the orders sync to BC, and BC attempts to create a Sales Document, I keep encountering this error, even though I have already mapped the items.

I tried manually mapping the items to all three types—non-inventory item, service item, and inventory item—but I still receive the same error. Can anyone help with this issue?
