Help Creating a Marketing Journey

I'm new to Customer Insights Journeys and I am carrying out a few tests to understand the functionality. I am creating a journey that is triggered when a lead is created, phone calls (activities) are then created sucessfully. However, if the phone call is not completed within X period of time, I would like to  disqualify the lead.

Below is what I have put together so far,  the journey works as expected and creates the activities at the right time, however the /lead gets disqualified/ part is not working, the criertia used for disqualifying the lead can be seen below.

Can you let me know if what I am trying to achieve is possible from Journeys/Triggers and if so where I am going wrong?

    Help Creating a Marketing Journey
The demands of advanced marketers are growing which you can treat as an opportunity. Similar with how institutions took this as an opening to offer courses such as HND Marketing. Choosing this path may be different to taking a degree which is the usual route. However, this doesn’t lessen the chances of you achieving your goal. With the proper training ground, the College of Contract Management will mold you into an advanced professional that employers seek.

Thanks for your help Leah Ju,

In the end I tweaked the journey flow, so that now rather than automatically trying to change the the lead to disqualified during the journey (which I cannot figure out how to do), instead a task is created within the journey with the subject disqualify the lead and the lead is disqualified manually.

    Hi Partner,
Your need: Disqualify the lead automatically if the status of the Phone call in the journey, Right?
Disqualify the lead means that the lead status should be changed to 'Disqualified', which is 'Update' action.
In the journey, there is no OOB lead update action to select and use.
So we need connect customer trigger and power automate to achieve your goal.
Please refer to the following blog, which provides detailed steps to update lead automatically in the journey:

    Hi Partner,
The /lead gets disqualified/ part is not working?
You used 'status = disqualified' in the condition of the journey:
When a lead is created, his initial state is Open, Have you checked the status of the created Lead?
Did you disqualify this Lead on the form?
Or are you trying to disqualify lead on the journey?

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it is helpful! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
