Email Notifications receiving

Hi All,

so we have a client that has users on there AD that has different emails than the email they log in to ERP, and ERP sends workflow email notifications to the user email that is logged in to the ERP, how can we allow ERP to send email notifications with there emails and not with UPN that they use to log in to ERP ?

    Hello Mohammad,

    The email notification is sent to email defined in the field "Sender email".

    Could you try to setup users email into this field and test notifications again ?
