Hei,
We are using Sales Pro focusing on Account, Contacts, etc. We would ilke to have Contracts in CRM, linked to Accounts. Be default i do not have Contracts in my menu. I have Contracs Entity in App Designer. How to enable?
RegardsSnorre
Hello,
You should probably not use contracts as they have been depricated and will be removed in a future release. Documentation: docs.microsoft.com/.../contract-entities. To add components to an app, you also need to add the entity to the sitemap. Here is a video on how to do that: youtu.be/KFV9QparYzg

Hi, if you are just starting i would recommend to go with entitlement instead. since contracts have been deprecated and now entitlements will be used.
To add the entity (either contract or entitlement) to your app navigation, you need to add that using the Sitemap Designer.
Hi SMeland,
Microsoft has issued a statement in the official documentation that the Contract entity has been deprecated, which means Contract can no longer be enabled in UCI.
Please refer to docs.microsoft.com/.../important-changes-coming
docs.microsoft.com/.../contract-entities
I would recommend you use the entitlements entity, which replaces the Contracts entity in the D365.
Finally, once you have determined the answer, please do not forget to click Yes under "Did this answer your question?" to close this thread.
