Dear all
we hide the standard lcw chat button usining the parameter data-hide-chat-button="true" and replace it with another custom.
We need to hide the custom button, as the standard does, depending on the operating hours set in the chat widget.
How can I do? Are there web services to call to get the opening status?
Thanks
Hi partner,
So you have set custom chat widget as following link?
Customize live chat widgets for mobile apps | Microsoft Docs
Regards,
Leah Ju
We didn't realize a mobile app, but simply use the standard widget code snippet into a web site.
<script id="Microsoft_Omnichannel_LCWidget" src="<valid-src>" data-app-id="<valid-app-id>" data-org-id="<valid-org-id>" data-org-url="<valid-org-url>" data-hide-chat-button="true"></script>
Then we use window.addEventListener to manage the event available from SDK (lcw:ready, lcw:error, ...) but we don't know how to hide our custom button depending on the operating hours
