I want to ask how can I export data that I have recorded in NAV to excell form? And is it possible for me to export data according to the respective journal?

There are built in options available in NAV like Export to Excel and Rapidstart
Apart from that you can design XMLPORT or copy and paste for NAV
You can just copy and paste, or use Print & Send -> Microsoft Excel, or use Rapid Start Services or Xmlport. There are various options. But first two are built in the page.
