Hi,
I have different user forms (>20) on Case entity. My internal audit is asking whether all forms are in use or not. I need to fetch a report of list of user forms along with last usage data. It is basically when actively used each form lately. Any thoughts how to get this audit need addressed? And also is there anyway to identify case records created using which form? Any linking of formid (from SystemForm) to the case record?
This information is not recorded automatically. I think the best that you can do from now on is to create a hidden field on the case entity to store an identifier (formid, or name of the form), and to add either a business rule or client script to populate this for each form.
You can't directly create a relationship to the SystemForm entity, so if you do store the formid it would have to be in a text field
Hi Vijay,
Please look at activity logging. That might help you solve your problem.
docs.microsoft.com/.../enable-use-comprehensive-auditing
I haven't tried that but wondering if you can also achieve similar reporting through google analytics.
