In Dynamics 365 I have four stages (Qualify, Budgetary, PQR and Firm) the problem is in Opportunity Pipeline Phase showing number before active stage (2- Budgetary, 3- PQR, 4- Firm).
But I want only Alphabet values not Alphanumeric values in Pipeline Phase.
Kindly suggest how can I do this?

Since you're talking about the Stage of the Business Process flow, this feature has been deprecated in D365 v9.

Pipeline Phase field is deprecated.
As you may know, the BPFs have their own entities now, so as a workaround, you can do this.
Workaround
Create a real-time WF to be triggered when the Active Stage changes on the BPF entity (on my case it was Opportunity Sales Process)
Every time the process flow changes you update the Pipeline Field on Opportunity with the content of Active Stage on BPF entity
