Does anyone know of a way to surface the invite list/marketing list members associated with a campaign in a dashboard? I can get the name of the list, and the member count, but not the list of members as is visible with the campaign into a dashboard.
Thanks!
Tony
Morning @Tony Rutt,
Do you mean static marketing list, dynamic marketing list, static segment or dynamics segment?
Thanks,
-DD
Good Afternoon DD,
If I understand you correctly I think it is the dynamics segment, what otherwise is the marketing list created for a campaign. When you click into the marketing list, I think the default view is contact associated view, that view in effect I want to display in a dashboard, so that I can show the campaign and the marketing list, but already open to show the members of it. I can almost get there, in that I can display the campaign and name of marketing list, but it still requires then clicking through on the marketing list name to display the members of it. I know that doesn't sound like a big deal but I suppose like everyone we have a unique application where that would be very useful. I hope that makes sense, and thanks for your help!
Tony,
Can we see a screenshot with the members of the list (segment?) that you want to display?
Hi Tony - one of the PBI dashboards published by Microsoft shows 'contacts in journeys'. This might be a way forward for you here. Check out these links

Hey Tony
Does Richard's suggestion above using the PBI dashboards work for you? Let us know if you were looking for something else.
Thanks
My apologies, its been a long week, yes. I hope that's legible. It's just a list of members of a marketing list connected to a campaign. For our particular application it would be useful to be able to make that list and its members visible in a dashboard, rather than having to click though a level and not being able to see side by side comparisons. For example, is Joe on campaign A today, and is Joe on campaign B as well?! I know there are logical ways to prevent that happening, which we do! :) But still I'd like to get these people on a dashboard if its possible. Thanks again,
Thank you Richard, that looks really interesting. As to this point I have been 'only' a CRM admin, I have not had much chance, yet, to explore PBI. However, this Wednesday I am taking a one day PBI class by coincidence, after which I will delve into these in more detail. Thanks again, Tony
I think so, at least it gives me a good place to investigate, thanks for the follow up. Tony
