Deleting Inactive Employees

Good Afternoon

I created a new environment in Talent for a client. The client will be using this an their Production environment. Everything should be blank. When the client goes in Personnel management, there are about 17 demo employees under the inactive workers section. How do I delete these employees. I get the following message, when I try to do so. Has anyone else run into this issue?

"Worker cannot be deleted while dependent Position worker assignments exist. Delete dependent Position worker assignments and try again"

You need to delete the worker position assignment.

Go to Inactive Workers, select the worker.

Click on Worker Position Assignments.

Click 'As of date' and select 'Display all records', click 'Apply'.

You will see the position the worker was assigned to at some point.

Click on the Position.

Once the position opens, click Changes timeline> Manage changes.

Click on the Position worker assignments tab.

You should see the record for the worker.

Click Remove.

Navigate back to your inactive worker.

You should be able to delete the worker now.
