Good morning everybody,
I just want to try the free Trial of dynamics 365 Remote Assist.
I have : a Microsoft account, a free Teams account, the App on supported android
When I open the App (Dynamics 365 Remote Assist) and access with Microsoft credentials, the app tells me that I dont have a license for Teams.
Then I open the link to get the free trial and insert my Teams credentials.
I do exactly the same things that the Youtube video "free trial dynamics 265 remote assist" says.
But when I put my credentials the app tells me that the browser is not supported.
I follow what the app says to me: "Get the App Teams"
I downloaded the Teams App and I re do all the procedures but nobody changes.
It is like if the Remote Assist App and Teams App can't communicate even though they should.
Can somebody help me?
