We are experiencing an issue when trying to Save As a Real-Time Marketing email. It seems to be a permissions issue but our support team has been unable to resolve it.
It generally happens with the email is in the Ready To Send status. However if it is in draft status, I can Save As for about half the other marketing users even though we have the same profiles. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've asked the support team to escalate this to Microsoft, but they keep poking around at the settings and not fixing it.
